“the service i receieved when ordering and delivery was very good, i have no complaints there. However, i returned my order in store on Monday 25th August and have still not received a refund which is very poor. the communication on emails is very slow.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of sandals loved the design & would have kept both as the were beautiful however they were narrow fitting and regrettably I've had to return them 😞 however I have got proof of return but as yet have still not received my refund. I would appreciate it being sorted.”

“Not impressed. The sandals felt very poor quality - the material was very stiff and uncomfortable. I returned the sandals, I emailed to chase for my refund. I had a reply acknowledging receipt of my return, but I STILL have not been refunded!”

“Fabulous shoes that are exactly what I want. I’ve had so many compliments on them from women my age who want to look stylish and from my younger friends. The slightly platform white sole gets rave reviews. They’re super comfy and waterproof. I’d certainly buy again from Moda in pelle. Delighted with customer service too as arrived promptly.”

“Yes I bought shoes from you and they’re lovely, however I ordered two pair of shoes again but not a good fit, so I returned them straight away. You received them 26/9/25 and I confirmed them I wanted a full refund of £80 , it’s now 19 days and No refund… so not a happy customer .. S. Elder. Please could you sort this out for me….”

“Absolutely atrocious customer service, no refunds actioned despite several emails. Advised refund would be processed by 9th September (after 4 weeks of returning) and still no sign of it. Will strongly advise anyone not to use this company.”
