“Boots were lovely but unfortunately not the right fit for me. I returned them by DPD tracked service at my cost (£10.45) as no QR code is now provided by Moda in Pelle. The delivery company sent me photo proof of safe delivery, but I received no communication from Moda in Pelle. I have since contacted them via email, showing proof of delivery and am awaiting a response and a refund. I am very dissatisfied with this process and have never encountered problems of this kind with any other company.”

“I needed a present for my mother’s Birthday and I found that Moda In Pelle did very small ladies sizes. So I ordered her a pair of your high quality Beige trainers. She was thrilled with them, as they were narrow, light in weight and also had a wedge sole, as she is very petite. She was that thrilled with them, she went on to treat herself in the grey and black too. Thank you so much.”

“Bought the Bezzie Red boots size 5. I find the sole too thin and could feel the pavement when walking, left me in pain. I don't like thick soles but a nice cusioned inner sock would do the trick and boots are a little narrow around the toe area but hope leather will stretch. There was also a crease on the right boot from somebody trying them, and the internal contents of the box was messy. Surely, returns team should have checked and repacked the boots properly! I would not recommend. Already posted a review but was not published probably because I gave 2 stars! On the plus side, I like the colour, soft leather, heel height and the length up from the ankle.”

“Shoes are beautifully made. With quality leather. Would like to see the loafer styles with a slightly wider fit, loved them but a little tight across the front for me. Staff in Cirencester store were amazing, polite and extremely helpful”

“After visiting store in York my wife seen a pair of boots in the sale I ordered them on line and everything seemed good but the delivery is on hold with Evri. I ordered another item that arrived on time and was has described overall a great service”

“Really disappointed with your refund processing timescales and customer service response times. My parcel tracking said my item was received by you on 17th and I am still waiting for the money to be refunded to my account. I used the chat service on 28th Oct to enquire about my refund and I’m still awaiting a response. I emailed on 28th about my refund and didn’t receive a response until 4th Nov. Was told, going by your processing timescales and your records stating the item was received on 22nd Oct, I should receive a refund by 5th Nov (today). There is no money in my account today. You are not meeting your stated response times in terms of replying to emails (it took five days instead of your stated three) or when processing refunds (you say up to 10 working days and I’m now on working day 13 and still waiting). Disappointed and unsure if I’ll order from you again as can’t be guaranteed I’ll get my money back in a timely fashion if the items don’t suit.”
