“I’m so disappointed in my first and only transaction with MIP. My item was lost by EVRI and I had absolutely no response to my multiple emails questioning how I could resolve. After approx 14 days, EVRI notified me to let me know my parcel had been found but still no email from MODA. As soon as the item appeared, two days later I receive a response. The website says contact will be within 48 hrs but that did not happen. My item arrived by this stage I was so fed up, I just adapted my delivery. It isn’t what I needed but to return it is just simply too stressful. So what I hoped to be a really stress free shopping experience ( with birthday money) turned out to be completely opposite. Team - you need better customer service, and somebody that answers the phone and responds to email!”

“Absolutely love love my new trainers They are super comfy and as only 5 ft 2 the platform sole gives me an extra little bit of height too 😂 would defo recommend . I loved them so much I bought a similar pair in the same colour xx”

“I bought my first M I P shoes 4 years ago. I have quite a collection now. I can't find any other shoes that are so comfortable and well designed. PS. I still wear that first pair and the leather is beautiful.”
