“Fab boots”

“Boots were ok, just didn’t fit and the service I (haven’t) received is terrible . Sent items back over a week ago, emailed twice , no acknowledgment, unable to get through on phone despite calling during office hours; told the offices are closed . So still awaiting refund , won’t shop from them again purely due to poor customer service”

“I ordered boots from the store to my home for delivery because they weren’t in stock. Unfortunately the boots were lost in transit. I placed a new order and received my boots within a week and was refunded for the first order. The web chat and customer service number is difficult to get through to. The boots were scuffed but I decided to keep them anyway given the hassle”

“These are the most comfy boots I've ever found for my painful feet , the leather is so soft no breaking in needed . Have now brought two pairs and will be buying more so many lovely colours its hard to make it mind up . Will not shop else where now . Thank you for making my life more comfortable”

“Customer service non existent. They don’t answer the phone, cut you off after being on hold for more than 10 mins with a message to say they can’t answer. Suggest contacting Chat but message to say too busy to talk. Don’t answer emails. Ask for a review of products not delivered, would rate as zero stars if it was an option.”

“A fabulous experience- the staff were lovely and all the boots that I had ordered were amazing but one pair stood out. Very happy with my purchase and did a trust pilot review whilst there and you could get a lovely scarf once completed which I gave to my mum. Thank you Moda in Pelle.”

“After only a couple of times wearing, the leather scuffed off of the white trainers I purchased. Customer service is atrocious!! Phone line always has a recorded message and online chat does not work. After over 4 weeks of constantly trying I finally got to personally speak with someone. I finally got a satisfactory outcome. Dissatisfied with this happening to the trainers considering how much they cost !!!”
