“Great experience. Loved the boots and ordered 3 pairs online but unfotunately only 1 pair fitted well. I was able to return the other to a fairly local store where even on a busy opening of Their Sale, I got great attention in finding 2 Pairs of boots I love and where they took back the big box I had received the other returns in, checked them in for return and gave me a receipt so I could ensure I get the the refund. Well done Moda Pelle and Stringers of Lytham”

“Omg the trainers I brought are simply fabulous. I only brought them because I'm doing a Scottish ceilidh dance at a wedding and my high heels are not a good idea. Hence the trainer's, they are a great colour and fit really well, super comfy, go really well with my bridesmaid dress. I honestly cannot wait to show them off on the dancefloor”

“I love Moda in Pelle shoes and boots. I have been known to buy four pairs of shoes in the same style, but different colours. My recent purchase wasn’t successful in that the style of shoe didn’t fit well. The style wasn’t right for my feet. I could not keep them on. I was so disappointed as they look fantastic. They just didn’t fit snugly and were too big. This was weird as they were the right size, but I’m guess the style wasn’t right for my feet.”

“Very fast delivery service. Sandles and boots are very comfortable. I have been most impressed with the customer service having reported an issue with a sandle i received a speedy and most acceptable response. So while initially the products may seem a little more expensive the quality and customer support is more than worth the extra.”
