“I ordered the doors and they were all damaged upon delivery. The replacement doors then came and where 3 short of the original order and again all damaged. I am now fighting to get a full refund because they cant organise to collect the doors and wont give me my money back until the manaufacturer has collected them. Poor service and product!”

“Awful! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Waited 10days for the wrong door to arrive and despite chasing for a week I still haven’t go a date for the collection of the wrong door. Nice guys to talk to but full of empty promises. Totally unacceptable.”

“Website is poor for quality and difficult to order. I thought i ordered bathroom handle pack with lock and no lock supplied. Order on email does not specify what is ordered, just the code of order number and no description. Pack delivered and says lock included but it was not”

“MODA doors has a great website in which you can see clearly all the different types and styles. once ordered the where delivered in good time, however the doors had been damaged during shipping. After contacting MODA they were very quick in replacing all the damaged doors.”

“Doors arrived as arranged, direct from manufacturer. Numerous issues with doors so contacted Moda, was advised to send pictures of problems so they could take the problems up with manufacturer. Sent several pictures of main issues, no response or further contact from them.”

“Door arrived in good condition however delivery was not as stated on the website. Took just under 4 weeks to arrive when the website stated 3-5 days. I called and they then stated up to 10 working days. Received a dispatch notice with no follow up for weeks. If you don’t have the stock don’t sell the item.”

“Excellent customer service. The first door arrived with a slight defect, after sending a quick email with an attached photo the door was replaced without question. Quality of the doors was also very good, with an excellent undercoat, made glossing the door very easy.”
