“We have seen charge for you to drop off doors and charge again to pick door up. All done by the same driver at the same time.”

“Delivery of doors was excellent, driver was very professional and pleasant. Door quality was ok the only reason I’m saying this is because when they were inspected on delivery they seemed to be ok but once hung I did notice slight faults in the lacquer for example over spray, lacquer on glass. Maybe quality control should make more of an effort when inspecting the finished product. But saying all that I would consider ordering again.”

“I came across Moda Doors whilst looking for a particular door. They were the cheapest I could find so I made a few phone calls and within a week the doors were being delivered. Even after a miscalculation of how many we needed they swiftly managed to add one extra to the order. A great service from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate in using then again. A high recommendation from me.”

“Having been informed all my doors except one were in stock and confirmed on the website, it turned out this was not the case at all. I received no communication until I contacted them to chase the order and was informed there is a delay even their website states these are in stock. I had the same issue with a competitor and in the end cancelled the order, hence the reason ordering from MODA, I have recently complained about this and had no response.”

“Phoned first to check no issues with delivery then bought doors over 3 weeks ago. Promised delivery in 3-5 days. No doors, no communication. Taken my money. You've been warned - don't do it.”

“AWFUL. Would not recommend. Delivery delays. Missing orders. Wrong delivery. Poor communication, can only contact via email and does not respond unless chased. No apologies or anything offered as a gesture of good will. Had to contact manufacturers directly to sort out. Took weeks to solve. Been really stressful.”

“MODA let me down and are continuing to do so. Poor communication, online stock incorrect, we ordered these doors 14 days ago. We still haven’t received anything. We’re now waiting to see if they have stock of the 44mm fire door version of the doors we wanted. Unless something drastically changes I wouldn’t use them again the service is poor. If you want to get hold of them you can’t. We have been told a delivery day of wednsday hopefully they can keep there words on this one. Waiting patiently.”

“Delivery in three parts, still don't have all the parts. Slow communication. Second delivery arrived already open and we were told if we check the contents they can't return it?? This is issue with one of their delivery/suppy companies (of which there are two) The doors are good quality at least but the driver wouldn't help get them in the hall so all in all not great in our experience considering we paid a premium.”

“Doors quality is good,net delivery promised 3-5 working days.came after 1 month. I late job now 2 weeks.charge for week is 5k. Phone not pick up when i call.emails not replying. So first and last time I used this supplier”
