“Good: the design of the doors we chose. Bad: doors were nearly all damaged on delivery. No other replacements were available. It took us about 5 weeks to get any money back. So overall a bad experience due to a crappy delivery firm who didn't really care about the products they were delivering and a slow response from the company to address the issue.”

“From start to finish they did what they said. I had to pre-order doors and they advised when they would come in and be delivered. Everything was great and on time. Price was good too. Courier was great on delivery. Very happy”

“Terrible service - AVOID Failed to advise me about delays. Failed to deliver item. Failed to reply to emails. On 21/10/2020 I placed and paid for an order for an item listed as being in stock. 2 days later I received an email stating that the order had been dispatched and would be delivered within 3-5 days A week later on the Friday 30/10/20 the order had not yet been delivered so I phoned and spoke to the customer services manager who advised me that it was out for delivery with the courier and that he would chase them and get back to me on Monday. By Tuesday 03/11/20 I had still heard nothing back so again phoned and was told by the same customer services manager that the order had not been dispatched and in fact had not even been received from the supplier and probably wouldn't be in stock until the end of November. I asked for a full refund which they processed the following day. I emailed a detailed complaint but never received any reply.”

“Standing by your products and remedying faults is the sign of a good company. I bought a simple, single glazed exterior door from MODA for an outside utility room. The door seemed fine. But delivery was sloppy and, during fitting, problems with the quality of some materials used emerged. These flaws were fixable. The door was inexpensive but good value and I didn't think it worth complaining once it had been cut. But I referred to the glitches in a review. I was contacted by both the joinery company and MODA. They both accepted my comments and, without being asked, offered to refund one third of the cost. So, credit to both. I'd use them both again.”

“Delivery 3 times plus longer than stated. Installation instruction's all but useless. Communication's with MODA almost impossible. Wouldn't buy a door hinge from them never mind a door again.”

“Initially phone staff where helpful but soon as they sent incorrect doors no one is taking ownership, 4 weeks and no refund. Purchased 9 doors, wish I went to my local door guy first who has ordered everything without any payment as I’m still waiting.”
