“Without a doubt one of worse companies to order off. They messed my order up 3 times, delivery arranged no body turned up, had to chase up the delivery only to deliver the wrong colour. Third time the door finally came through . They charged £40 for delivery had to message 7 times to actually get this refunded. The manager Calum is pretty much not bothered and needs regular chasing! STAY AWAY!!”

“I ordered som bespoke doors and although I was quoted a 24 week delivery I reluctantly agreed and paid for the doors. Now after almost 28 weeks I ‘ve been informed that it might be another 2/3 weeks before they arrive in UK. I feel this is most unsatisfactory but there is not much I can do at the moment although I am exploring the possibility of cancelling the order and requesting the return of my money plus interest.”

“The service offered from this company was impressive . From the initial phone call to the delivery of the doors and there were 5 in total you were made to feel a valued customer. The quality of the doors is very good and they were delivered undamaged which is unusual when compared to other suppliers”

“Really disappointed by the quality of the XL Joinery doors and the subsequent response from Moda. . Less than 3 weeks after fitting, the majority of our 15 doors started to peel at the top and bottom corners. At £155 per door I expected better! Initially I was offered less than half the total value back (I declined). I was the offered a replacement or refund but when I asked for compensation for the associated costs I.e a joiner to refit replacement doors (at a cost of just under £1000), it got frustrating. They’d only pay this if I selected XL Joinery doors but when there were none that I liked I had to resort to my credit card company for support. So as it stands I’m out of pocket for doors that are less than a month old but are faulty…..not the outcome I was looking for! Save yourself a headache and avoid Moda and XL Joinery.”

“First door was damaged, but quickly replaced and dealt with well. A company can be judged on how it puts things right sometimes. Delivery was good and I was able to establish time of delivery.”

“This is for an order of 4 pine doors: Doors seem ok. Some scratches and dents apparent. This was because they were very poorly packaged. ( they were covered in polythene only. ) Doors I have bought elsewhere came wrapped in polythene and all corners and edge's had plastic strips on them to protect them too. Followed by cardboard outer packaging. These doors are close to £100 each hence this is a poor show. Delivery was very slow too. Ordered on a Thursday and were delivered 9 days later.”
