“There was slight (very slight) damage to both doors when they arrived, not worth complaining about as a rub down and paint made this almost invisible. Over all, I'm very happy. The doors are stylish, and were dispatched and delivered quickly. I would definitely use Moda Doors again.”

“At first the service was very good . Communications were regular. Due to miss interpretation of a door description I ordered the wrong door . From there on in Communications as been rubbish . Door been sent back over 10days know and no sign if a refund .”

“The order process was easy. It arrived on time but we were on holiday for a week and it had been left in a safe place. Upon return, we unwrapped it, the bottom step sill had a considerable broken chunk of timber out of it. Luckily we managed to repair it and it will be hidden. We did not complain as it was approx 10 days after the delivery. But I would advise that their couriers do not take care with the products in transit.”

“Without a doubt one of worse companies to order off. They messed my order up 3 times, delivery arranged no body turned up, had to chase up the delivery only to deliver the wrong colour. Third time the door finally came through . They charged £40 for delivery had to message 7 times to actually get this refunded. The manager Calum is pretty much not bothered and needs regular chasing! STAY AWAY!!”

“I ordered som bespoke doors and although I was quoted a 24 week delivery I reluctantly agreed and paid for the doors. Now after almost 28 weeks I ‘ve been informed that it might be another 2/3 weeks before they arrive in UK. I feel this is most unsatisfactory but there is not much I can do at the moment although I am exploring the possibility of cancelling the order and requesting the return of my money plus interest.”
