“Mobility Smart did everything right, the product I ordered, a controller mounting bracket was delivered earlier than expected and I would recommend anyone order what they need from them. My problem is the bracket isn't as easy to replace as I expected but that's the manufacturer's fault for running the cable through the bracket before wiring it into the power block with no easy release connector 😔”

“I use crutches and I was looking for new ferrules which had more suction and contact with the floor, as I had skidded a couple of times on wet tiles. I saw some advertised by Mobility Smart. I emailed with a question about how to measure to get the correct size, I got an automatic answer, giving a reference number and stating that the office was closed but someone would get back to me in one day. The next day I did get a reply giving a comprehensive answer. I ordered the ferrules which came within 3 days, and I'm very pleased with them. A good service all round.”

“I was very happy with my purchase and delivery was very quick being next day. The only niggle I have is that it arrived in huge box which as a disabled person I will struggle to dispose of. Not a big deal really but maybe less packaging for large items?”
