This is a replacement for one I had which broke after seven years daily use.I was very pleased with the phone call and the quick standard delivery.It arrived within 48 hours of ordering.

Return a product last week an have not received a refund. Had to pay £20 to return item . would appreciate the refund as its over £150.

Please note that while the refund has been initiated from our side, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or card statement, depending on your bank's processing times. Regarding the £20 you paid for the return shipping, we would like to bring your attention to our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), which state that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent by us.
