I was unhappy with the item I recieved and emailed Mobility Smart. I had no reply and so it's difficult to recommennd a business which does not live up to it's claims.

Mobility scooter got a fault on 2nd time it was used and the company took 4 weeks to send an engineer out only to have sent the wrong part. Another 3 weeks passed before they came to collect the damn thing as I’d had enough of trying to get a scooter my husband could actually use. Would not recommend for one minute

Hi Joanne, Please accept our sincerest and unreserved apologies for the completely unacceptable experience you and your husband have had. We are deeply sorry that your new scooter developed a fault—a clicking wheelbearing—on only its second use. A new product should be absolutely perfect, and we fully appreciate the distress and frustration this caused. The core of the problem, and where we truly failed you, was the service that followed. The 4-week wait for an engineer, only for them to arrive with an incorrect part (which had been sent in error by the manufacturer), is simply not good enough. The further 3-week delay to then get the item collected is also completely unacceptable. We understand entirely why you "had enough" and we are just so sorry that we let you both down so badly. We can confirm that the scooter has been collected and a full refund has been processed. We sincerely hope that you have now been able to find a suitable and reliable scooter for your husband. The product, a power pack for a wheelchair was fine but it was fitted to my wheelchair incorrectly which made it almost impossible to use. The battery pack was fitted too far back such that I couldnt walk behind, and the power button was fitted on the handle bar the wrong way round. Once the battery pack was moved further towards the centre of the chair and the power button relocated so my right hand thumb could easily reach it, life was easier !

The item I ordered proved to be not exactly what I needed, I have passed it on to someone else who saw it in my home and commented that she needed such a wedge. I do not know if t suited her. Sorry. Your handling of my order and sending io was all fine. thank you.

This is the second mobility scooter and about the 5th or 6th product I've purchased. Always very helpful, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. There are quick to sort things out for you. Delivery was quick although a little disappointed with the delivery but this is a separate company and won't detract from me using Mobility Smart in the future.

I am thrilled with my new shower seat which arrived promptly and well packaged. It needed very little assembly and it was very easy to install. It is Has a comfortable cushioned seat it isvstable and having arms makes standing up simple.

I found very easy to find the items needed to make my sisters home safe after a long stay in hospital. Delivery was quick & the products to a very high quality standard. Would use again & recommend to anybody needing mobility aids.

I have recently needed to purchase a duplicate battery for my Mother's Stroller but the Harness and Cover where to expensive from the original Vendor. I found the pricing and delivery of the battery harness and cover fantastic. The website is easy to review and select exactly the odd little accessories other charge a fortune for.
