Good morning, I wish I could leave an actual review on my custom embroidered lever belt. But the thing is that I haven’t even received it in the mail so I can’t leave a review. Now that I’ve gotten a request to leave a review I’m starting to wonder if I am supposed to have it by now. Is it normal to get a review request on the product before it arrives? I’m worried that I won’t even receive my belt.

I got the belt, and in my opinion, is as hard as a piece of wood!!!

Hi Simon Sorry to hear you're not happy. I looked at the tracking, you'd elected to have it delivered to a collection point and it was delivered there 8 days ago. I'll email you the tracking again separately. Best Regards Stuart Mobility Tools Owner

Hi James I’m sorry to hear you’re not happy. I am a bit confused as to why you’ve left a 1 star review, your order was shipped just over a week ago but has not arrived. Please note it usually takes 7-10 days with the international tracked and signed 7-10 day option, though it can take longer at present due to delays relating to COVID. Thanks Stuart

Hi Alan Sorry to hear about your experience. I'm afraid I can't find an email from you so not sure where that has gone; happy to send you out a screw to replace the missing one. Please get in touch if you'd like one and i'd be happy to send it. Regards Stuart Mobility Tools Owner

I bought a mobility tools velcro weightlifting belt some months ago after using a friend's at the gym. His was a medium, fitted well with surplus should I lose any weight it would still provide decent support. On taking delivery of a medium I was initially very pleased however I did notice that to get decent support the belt was maxed out, ie there was no more room, not at all like my friends medium. If I lost any weight it would be useless. I (belatedly) contacted mobility tools to let them know. I told them the belt was great quality but the sizing differs from a verified buyer. They asked for the details of Aaron's who's belt I had tried. I passed them with his permission. After this I heard nothing and it has been a couple of months. So, to cut a long story short I wouldn't buy from them again, not just because of the sizing issue but really due to the fact that when I pointed it out they didn't seem to care. I also left a review on their website bit bizarrely it hasn't been published... who'd have thought it.

Contacted twice about failed rivets on belt and have heard nothing. Rivets failing after light use is a serious safety concern when lifting. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Hi Kevin I’ve messaged you twice; once replying to your email on 28th August and again just now, but I’ve not had any response from you. I would love to help sort this for you so please can you check your emails and get back to me so we can sort this ASAP. Regards Stuart

I used to order the zinc oxide tape in the larger batches, although now they are constantly marked as out of stock. However, you can order 24 rolls individually at the higher price, which are delivered in the same way, 24 rolls in a bag! Will be shopping elsewhere from now on

Hi Josh We can still do the bulk rolls it’s just a case of putting them in bulk and barcoding them. They’re not great sellers so never really got round to doing that, not trying to rip people off :) A quick email and we could have put any quality you wanted together at a discount. Not sure it warranted a 1 star review though :(

Hi Josh Further to this we've reinstated the 24 pack of tape and also added 48 and 72 roll options with even greater discounts :) It's important we hear what our customers have to say and make changes when required. Best Regards Stuart

I'm really sorry that you weren't happy with the length of time it took to get your belt to you. As discussed with you unfortunately my daughter passed away and I was off work for a few weeks which led to delays getting your belt to you. Hopefully now that the belt has arrived you are happy with the quality and workmanship that was put into it. Thanks Stuart

Hi Andreou I'm sorry to hear you have not had a pleasant experience with us. Can I ask who you spoke to that made you feel that they were disgusting and offensive, as we have no record of any correspondence with you? Best Regards Stuart

I ordered one roll of kinesio tape from Mobility Tools on the 20th of March, called immediately after ordering and spoke with one of the staff and was assured that I would get the goods by Thursday 23rd March at the very latest, but as of today 28th March I have still not received it?! When I emailed Stuart from Mobility Tools on the Saturday 25th of March to complain that I'd still not received the product, he replied with the following words: " I'm sorry I cannot give you any further information on your order as you selected the untracked option over tracked option for delivery. I'm afraid we won't be able to refund the order for at least 21 days after the date of shipping as this is how long it takes before it is officially lost by Royal Mail..." basically blaming the customer, whereas the product I chose cost £4.99 and I paid £3.99 for shipping! This is ONE kinesio tape only, coming from Bridgend?! I'm very dissatisfied about this whole thing, and I have asked for a refund, again. Hopefully Mobility Tools will be decent enough not to drag this one out.

Hi Grace As per our email conversation I do apologise for the inconvenience you've had. I'm not sure how you've interpreted us not being able to track your order as us blaming you, we are simply pointing out that we cannot locate your order when sent on an untracked service. Please note you paid £3.29 not £3.99 for shipping. The cost to ship is the same for 1 roll to if you bought 10 rolls. Shipping through Royal Mail is a flat price depending on size and then weight; as the item is over 1" thick it is classed as a small parcel and so costs more to send than a thin item like a letter. The price for shipping is extremely competitive and we feel it is a fair price. We regret you've not had the best experience with Mobility Tools on this occasion. Best Regards Stuart

I purchased a White Weightlifting Belt from Mobility Tools recently. I ordered the Large size. When it arrived, I discovered it was too big. I, therefore, arranged to return it for a Medium size. Mobility Tools were not prepared to pick up the Belt. I had to arrange and pay for its return myself, at a cost of £8.50. The company then sent me a Medium size Belt, which was a perfect fit. I object strenuously to the fact that I was obliged to pay postage myself because of the inconsistent sizing policy of Mobility Tools. I purchased a Large size Powerlifting Belt from the company last January, which fitted me perfectly, and yet the Weightlifting Belt was too big in a Large size! If the mistake had been of my making, I would have expected to foot the bill for postage, but since it was not, I feel aggrieved by what I consider to be unacceptable business practice. Yours faithfully, Peter Wilson.

Hi Peter Powerlifting belts and weightlifting belts have different size charts. This is true for almost all brands. Most weightlifting belts use the same sizing even when supplied by different brands. Our sizing chart clearly states how to measure to ensure the correct belt is ordered. This wasn't done by your own admission (you ordered a large because you had ordered a large in a powerlifting belt previously). The belt didn't fit so you required a different size. When the customer orders the incorrect size it is up to the customer to return the belt. The back of the delivery slip indicates the easiest method to return an order, with 2nd class postage usually costing around £2.50. The exchange is then posted back free of charge. We feel this is a perfectly reasonable policy.

Really bad considering I never received the delivery I am still wAiting for feedback from customer service !!! I read your poor reviews on the net and I guess that's true There was a picture taken apparently of my delivery outside my door but in 3 years I always have packages left there and it never disappeared Really bad !

Hi Laetitia I'm sorry you were not happy with our service, but unfortunately you requested for the delivery to be left unattended outside your door; there was a photograph of the delivery left outside your door, then the goods were not there when you got home. As explicitly stated in the terms and conditions, goods that are instructed to be left unattended are done so at the customers own risk, so it is quite disappointing that you felt this was in some way our fault. I'm not sure how or what we could have done to prevent this, as the option for redelivery or delivery to a local convenience store was also presented. Best Regards Stuart

I would love to be able to write a review of the product, however despite getting email verification that my purchase had been dispatched on the 2nd August it still has not arrived. I was told I would receive it within 14 to 21 days but this has passed. I would be very willing to give an appraisal as soon as I can
