I purchased a White Weightlifting Belt from Mobility Tools recently. I ordered the Large size. When it arrived, I discovered it was too big. I, therefore, arranged to return it for a Medium size. Mobility Tools were not prepared to pick up the Belt. I had to arrange and pay for its return myself, at a cost of £8.50. The company then sent me a Medium size Belt, which was a perfect fit. I object strenuously to the fact that I was obliged to pay postage myself because of the inconsistent sizing policy of Mobility Tools. I purchased a Large size Powerlifting Belt from the company last January, which fitted me perfectly, and yet the Weightlifting Belt was too big in a Large size! If the mistake had been of my making, I would have expected to foot the bill for postage, but since it was not, I feel aggrieved by what I consider to be unacceptable business practice.
