I ordered one roll of kinesio tape from Mobility Tools on the 20th of March, called immediately after ordering and spoke with one of the staff and was assured that I would get the goods by Thursday 23rd March at the very latest, but as of today 28th March I have still not received it?! When I emailed Stuart from Mobility Tools on the Saturday 25th of March to complain that I'd still not received the product, he replied with the following words:
" I'm sorry I cannot give you any further information on your order as you selected the untracked option over tracked option for delivery. I'm afraid we won't be able to refund the order for at least 21 days after the date of shipping as this is how long it takes before it is officially lost by Royal Mail..." basically blaming the customer, whereas the product I chose cost £4.99 and I paid £3.99 for shipping! This is ONE kinesio tape only, coming from Bridgend?!
I'm very dissatisfied about this whole thing, and I have asked for a refund, again. Hopefully Mobility Tools will be decent enough not to drag this one out.
