“Modifit customer services is outstanding. I had an issue with my belt which i’d had for four years. Over a phone call I described the issue to Dan who assured me he’d discuss with the team and get back to me. True to word, he emailed Me the next day to say a replacement belt would be sent out. Fabulous service. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a belt from this company. Five stars 🌟”

“This is my fifth lifting belt and the only one from Mobility Tools LTd. I have an SBD, Schiek and 2pood as my lifting belts but my “Papa Smurf” from Mobility Tools Ltd is my favourite, excellent quality and is so comfortable to use.”

“This review will never reflect the Six Stars that Mobility Tools properly deserve! We asked the impossible of them and they've only gone and delivered! We requested a completely custom designed weightlifting belt and our timescale was totally unrealistic. Dan pulled out every last stop and had the belt made and delivered in time for our Gym owner's birthday. It looks as if Garin stayed late to get the order over the line as well and we cannot thank the team enough for their diligence and efforts. The quality is second to none and this belt is a complete one off piece that any lifter would envy. A British business that takes real pride in their offering and really wants to do business. The best I've dealt with by a country Mile. It's a Six Star rating from me! Best wishes Chris Venter Worcestershire”

“What a great service. My lever buckle snapped and mobility sent a new one within 12 hours and delivered within 24.they then followed up and refunded my purchase as the lever had failed. Great service great belts. Thankyou for selling to me. Arnolds uk here we come.”

“I keep coming back to add to my growing collection, I now have three belts from this amazing company. Their customer service is brilliant, prompt responses to questions and very accommodating with my request, went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The new belt is amazing, the quality is just outstanding and the artwork on the belt is impressive, even better in person. You will not go wrong buying from this company, plus you’ll be supporting a local business that produces belts that blow the competition out the water.”

“From start to finish the process was amazing. The staff were so friendly when we popped by in person and Dan was very supportive and informative about the fully custom weight lifting belt we were designing for my wife for her birthday. The design came out absolutely amazing and I had great communication throughout the process. Thank you to the whole team for all their hard work as the wife absolutely loves her new belt and can't get enough of it. If anyone is debating getting something custom I fully reccomend this business as its really is 10/10. Goes the extra mile kind of service!”

“I've owned my belt for 2.5 years now. It's still in great condition and it was extremely stiff and hard to break in when I first got it. It fits me perfectly now. I put a different level on it because the levers they use are on the cheaper side and I wanted an adjustable one. The vinyl on the outside hasn't cracked or split but at some point I think it will. I will definitely buy from them again but I'd like to see this belt go for a long time.”

“Horrible customer service!!! Stuart, the Founder, is not replying to emails and is not standing up for the mistake you did while printing the label. I am expecting a reimbursement and answer within the next 3 business days.”

“5 stars for: customer service, design skills, finished product quality. I got a gorgeous one-of-a-kind belt that feels premium quality. I just had to provide an idea; they did a complete design from that. I'm going to love wearing it in competition. It's an expensive product, but I think justifiably so. You're paying for both design skill and manufacture. 4.5 stars for delivery time. I paid quite a lot for 2 weeks and it was a little over. But only a day or two.”
