“I received my scooter last week and was very impressed with the speedy and efficient delivery. The packaging was robust and it arrived on the day as promised. I'd would like to thank Lawrence for his excellent customer service which included a good thorough explanation of my intended purchase. I would definitely recommend Mobility Giant to anybody who is looking to buy a scooter in the near future.”

“I purchased a TGA ECLIPSE from Mobility Giant back in Feb 2016 which came with a 6 month warranty. Unfortunately it developed a problem which meant it had to go back to the workshop on site ,I was given a replacement to use whilst it was being looked at. The problem turned out to be a major one and It was decided to give me another TGA ECLIPSE. This arrived on 15th August and was immaculate :- you would think it was brand new. I would like to praise all of Mobility Giants staff who I have had contact with in their handling of my problem :- superb to say the least and also the warranty that they offer is a real gem honest and as I have found priceless. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that I come across who might require their services. A truly First Class outfit. Yours Sincerely David Miles Horndean,Hants.”

“I am very pleased with the overall service I received from Mobility Giant. Although I received the wrong scooter first of, the mistake was quickly rectified and I received the correct scooter the same day. The scooter I chose and received exceeded my expectations and was very impressed with the overall condition. It came with all the relevant information to get the best out of my scooter and I am looking forward to some Happy Scootering. I would like to say how happy I am with mobility giant they are so friendly and polite nothing is to much trouble for them I ordered a scooter from them about 3 weeks ago and found it wasn't what I waneed that was no trouble for them they will take it back a d I have ordered another one nothing was to much trouble for them I would certainly recommend them all ways .”

“just bought our first mobility scooter, and glad we did from "mobility giant". we settled on the "kymco midi" (orange colour), and found the colour to be grand. we found the whole process very pleasant and straightforward, which gives us confidence for any more purchases f jessett/orkney.”

“I am very impressed with the scooter, the company and the service. My scooter was delivered on time, on a pallet and covered in cling film. The delivery driver even put it in the garage for me. The scooter itself looks fantastic - spotlessly clean, in excellent condition and fully charged. It looks brand new. Larry at Mobility Giant was a pleasure to deal with. He was easy to talk to, very helpful and even arranged for the tyres to be changed to a colour of my choice. A great scooter at a great price.”

“The scooter was everything I hoped it would be, I am delighted with it. The service I received was excellent in spite of a non delivery on the date planned, which was not Mobility Giants fault. “Really great company to deal with. Mobility Giant were so welcoming, friendly and full of lots of good advice. My Mother and I visited their premises and tried a number of scooters of different shapes and sizes. We saw the workshop and the company testing the machines before putting them up for sale. At no point was there any pressure to buy a machine. The machines we saw were in excellent condition and like many others the scooter my Mother did buy could have been brand new. Absolutely excellent service 5 star!”

“Simply could not have been more helpful. Very patient and helped to find just the right model for our needs. It was lovely to be given the time and help needed to choose. “I got the TGA Eclipse travel scooter and apart from thinking it was going to be blue and when it came it was red it is great. The scooter is in really good condition and only a small scratch on it which for 2nd hand is really good. It came on a pallet and the delivery went really smooth wagon driver couldn't help enough. The scooter was fully charged when I got it so if I wanted to go out on it I could have done straight away. Everything looks brand new on it, the instruction manual is really good. I would not hesitate to use Mobility Giant again or to recommend them to friends as everything from buying it on the internet to delivery went really smooth. If you are looking for a scooter don't hesitate to buy from here.”

“My wife is disabled and needed a scooter that would be suitable for use on grass and gravel etc as she likes to visit National Trust properties and her current machine which she has had for a long time was not up to the job. After looking at the reviews on Mobility Giant I contacted them by telephone. On two occasions I was promised a call back and this took place promptly which impressed me. My wife had set her heart on a TGA sport three wheeled scooter but when I discussed my wife's circumstances and requirements with Laurence he advised against her choice based on years of experience and suggested other machines which he felt would be more suitable. It is worth noting that the alternative machines cost less than the one we were going for originally. After discussion with my wife we took on board the fine advice we had been given and she chose the TGA breeze 3.The scooter arrived when it was supposed to. It was palletised and shrink wrapped along with keys, charger and documents. We were delighted with the condition of the machine and the presentation. It looked almost like new. My wife has used it on several occasions since we received it and it has exceeded her expectations. She loves it. I must say that our experience with Mobility Giant has been 100% positive and the advice we were given spot on. I would not hesitate ti recommend them to others.”

“I spent a great deal of time searching for quality used scooters, then I found your web site that had everything anyone could want. I spoke to Larry to tell him my requirements and that I had chosen a class 3 scooter which I hoped to load into my 4x4 vehicle. He explained it may be difficult, but I thought that, with the money back guarantee if not satisfied, I would give it go. When the scooter arrived, it exceeded all my expectations and I was highly delighted, but as Larry had said I had problems loading it into my car. I rang and spoke to William explaining my problem and said that I wished to exchange it for a boot scooter. He explained that this was not the same spec as the one I had received but that I could exchange and use the one that I had until such time they could do the exchange. I later spoke to Paul in the service department who gave me some advice which enabled me to load my original scooter into my car, much to my delight I cannot thank Larry and his staff enough for their help and advice. If anyone his looking for a scooter of any kind then this is the company to use!!! Full marks all round.”

“I originally ordered my scooter via the internet, but the bank then queried if I had knowingly given my bank details to Mobility Giant. They said they didn't recognise the company. This started me off checking everything I could about them. Another point is that they didn't send me a confirmation order which made me more suspicious. However, all things checked they proved to be a genuine company and the scooter arrived. I WAS AMAZED! IT LOOKED TO BE BRAND NEW. IT GLEAMED! “I bought a TGA Breese S with canopy in January, first I would like to say what a really good buy it was, I was delighted with the way I was treated as a customer, nothing was to mush trouble and all the information I got was 100% true, now I am delighted with my new scooter as an 80 year old with lung problems it has proved a god send to me, they even helped me with the DLV registration, so anyone dealing with this company I can assure you you will get the best deal and the best service it is possible to get anywhere, so thank you so much for all the help you gave me, and of course my smashing scooter. “i Purchased 2 Used Go Go Sport Mobility Scooters from Mobility Giant and was really delighted when they arrived to find they looked Brand New no scuffs or wear and tear marks. No wear on tyres. New Batteries. Basically they were showroom condition.. The prices were also excellent. So now i know what to expect in future i will use these people for all my Mobility needs, and recommend to friends and family. They arrived on time, on the day stated, also i had several phone conversations and found the staff to be dedicated and very pleasant to talk to. I am assured that if i experience any problems they will sort them out for me with just a simple phone call. “I was unsure which scooter was suitable for my needs so I had narrowed it down to two, when I called I spoke to Richard who was patient kind and very much in the know of what scooter is sutiable, after asking me my needs he pointed me in the direction of the Rascal vision the 2nd of my choices. He was efficient and thorough I can't say how much of a relief it was that it is so simple to use their service and felt completely heard and understood, as I have MS I sometimes struggle to get across what I am trying to say but Richard was un-fazed treating me with respect and reassurance that he understood me. I highly recommend this company as also my scooter was delivered the next day I was as equally impressed by the courier who talked me through the scooter clearly and precisely asking any questions and answering any of my questions, He didn't leave until he was satisfied I was happy with everything. I can't wait to feel the freedom of going outside again it has been a very positive experience even being able to insure the scooter for a very fair price. This is definitely somewhere I will recommend to friends!”

“I have only recently become disabled having sustained spinal cord injury and know very little about disability scooters. I spent some time researching my preferred product which was a TGA Vita S. Larry was on hand to discuss my options and he provided me with some excellent advice which was unbiased and allowed me to make an informed decision. Having purchased a Vita S from Mobility Giant I was informed that the would not sent the machine over straight away as they has noticed a fault on their pre-delivery checks. Larry assured me that when the machine did arrive I would be very pleased. He was correct. Frankly I find it difficult to understand how Larry and his team are able to supply such excellent quality pre-used machines at such competitive prices. Since receiving the machine I have had no problems what so ever and really love the Vita. I can't praise their service enough. Fantastic.”
