“I had my globe trotter folding mobility scooter delivered today by mark he gave me a demonstration of how to use the scooter and how it folded & unfolded mark was very helpful and answered my questions promptly thank you MARK this is my second scooter from mobility giant”

“Bought a TGA plus 4 and had one or 2 issues with battery problems witch Mobility giant have went over and beyond to fix even replacing the scooter and giving me £50 refund for problems Iv had William whom has been helping me has been 101% very helpful I’m not a huge fan of these new lithium batteries as myself Iv had problems with distance 2 to 3 miles not the 10 to 12 Thats supposed to do .William the Pearson Iv been dealing with is a great help He is in the process of changing the battery’s again and hopefully I can get out and about and not brake down Mobility Giant are not to blame for battery issues they are indeed giving this there full attention in replacing the faulty ones 100% Recommend this company”

“I had my first mobility scooter, a 'Rascal', delivered yesterday from Mobility Giant. I had an excellent service from the day I ordered my scooter until it was delivered yesterday. Steve, who took my order over the phone, was very nice and helpful and Matt, who not only delivered my scooter but showed me how to use it, was also very nice and helpful. I'm very pleased with my purchase. The 'Rascal' is a lovely looking scooter and well worth the money. I would recommend Mobility Giant 100%”

“The quantum Q6 edge2 Power Chair arrived in Good condition and delivered by Lee I had a couple of small issues but were sorted immediately I have been using it now for a few days and all works well So if you are looking for a power chair Have a look on there website and give them a try”

“I have made a few purchases from Mobility Giant and every time the staff are first class and helpful just lately my arthritis has got a lot worse and I found the last scooter was too rigged on uneven ground so I purchased the Excel Galaxy2 and find a pleasure go out on would recommend to any one with arthritis to view this model thank you again MG and keep up the great work”

“I would like to thank all at Mobility Giant for not only practising their customer policy without any problems, IE 14 day return policy but also the helpful and polite staff that I dealt with. I requested the return and refund on the scooter I ordered simply because I didn't like the machine and the return of my PX scooter, apart from a couple of hic-cups this was done with no problems. The staff I dealt with were helpful and polite at all times. from the young ladies I spoke to on the telephone to the delivery drivers and my refund was sorted and returned to my card very quickly. It really was a pleasure dealing with a company that lives up to its promises. Thank you Moblity Giant Dennis Harrington”

“Prior to purchase I phoned to discuss the reconditioned units, good concise information provided. Ordered and delivered quickly, and at the time I was notified. Delivery engineer talked me though all the dismantling and reassembly of the unit and ensured I was happy with how it worked and drove.”

“Received my new scooter today. A kymco Agility, delivered by Lee a lovely man who went through all the paperwork and instructions with me. He arrived early which I was happy about. He took my exchange away with him. The whole process went very smooth from ordering to delivery and I can highly recommend Mobility Giant. “I recently purchased a scooter from Mobility Giant the salesman was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the product. The scooter arrived within 7 days and at the time given. The delivery driver Lee was very polite and explained everything and gave a demonstration of the scooter.”

“A very pleasant transaction from start to finish the chair was delivered on a pallets the driver place the palette on the road took off all the rapping drove the care of the pallets onto the pavement the driver went up and beyond to help me even waited 20 minutes while I got back from the dentist the chair itself is first class it genuinely exceeds the standard of looks like new I cannot find anything used about the chair and it has covered just 172 miles from new I purchased this chair immediately I found it on the website as previously I had hesitated and he who hesitates his lost thank you very much mobility Giants genuinely a first class company would not hesitate to recommend them if you see something you want as an attractive price on mobility giant you better buy it quickly because otherwise it will be gone”
