I would like to thank all at Mobility Giant for not only practising their customer policy without any problems, IE 14 day return policy but also the helpful and polite staff that I dealt with. I requested the return and refund on the scooter I ordered simply because I didn't like the machine and the return of my PX scooter, apart from a couple of hic-cups this was done with no problems. The staff I dealt with were helpful and polite at all times. from the young ladies I spoke to on the telephone to the delivery drivers and my refund was sorted and returned to my card very quickly.
