I recently ordered an iceQ 32 Litre Electric Cool Box. It arrived on time but the dimension on the website were wildly different from the actual box. I had chosen that particular model because I knew it would fit into a space dedicated to a cold box, in my van. This one now does not fit. On calling the company I was told that due to a high level of calls I would be better to email. I did and was sent a job number and informed that they would get beck to me within 2 working days. No they didn't. Reading recent posts I suspect something is happening that is not promising. Poor customer service.

Never been so stressed out by a company in my life. Firstly they failed to tell me my item I ordered was out of stock and waited until I chased my order, I then selected a different colour which was fine but then they sent me the completely wrong item. The driver refused to take it back with him so I was stuck with it for days. They then refused to send the item I actually ordered out until they had collected the incorrect item (which is fairly difficult to arrange for someone who works 8-4.30 mon-fri). I booked a day off work so the item could be collected and it was never picked up. It was then picked up a week ago (finally) and I have had to chase my refund THREE times. I’ve phoned this company 3 times today chasing my refund as nothing seems to be happening. Very slow customer service, nobody bothers to apologise, all very blunt and rude. Failing to understand how a company can have such poor customer service?? (Still awaiting my refund by the way)

I’m still waiting for the item I ordered to be delivered , suppose to be next day delivery I’ve tried calling 4 times got cut off 3 times and just left hanging on the line which constantly went back to the switchboard which gave you same options again , I didn’t talk to anyone just went round in circles a waste of time , so far not good customer service .

Ordered my mini fridge for next day delivery as it was for my daughter’s birthday gift! Her birthday is today and still haven’t received my order. Very disappointed in this service i did try to contact the company and leave a message but it wouldn’t let me submit. Really do hope I receive my order very soon or i will be wanting a full refund not happy with the service and customer service was dreadful

This company is nothing short of disgusting just about the worst company I have dealt with in all my life. Customer service is zero, impossible to contact by phone and 2 days for email reply if they bothered to reply at all, more than a week for delivery of WRONG ITEM and after contacting them again another week just to be told my item was not in stock. the item was ordered for my grandsons 18th birthday. I am 70 yrs old (a shielded person) not being able to leave the house and I had to deal on line and I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. after the many emails passing backwards and forwards I am truly disgusted with this company. the only thing they got right was to give me a refund as requested. I have been scammed the fridge looks nothing like what it was displayed to be and is a lot smaller than also displayed and just to top it off it’s the wrong colour that I ordered!

I was expecting this on the 28th of June !!!! As ordered on the 27th next day delivery ☹️ . Then was informed 2 weeks later was out of stock ??? And I will receive it on the 20th July ??? . It hasn't arrived so will have a refund please!!!

Very poor Placed an order, said next day delivery with orders placed before 3pm, which I had . Heard nothing for 3 days. Got back in touch ( can only email as no one answers the phone) & received an email stating there was none in stock until next month & that I should have received an email, which I didn't . Just wasted my time as I wouldn't have placed an order if I'd known . No communication & trying to cancel it , but different ppl replying , saying now not in stock etc. Total joke , incompetence

I ordered a ice maker on the 25th June , said next day delivery + I've still not received it , my emails won't send + I've received no emails to say item as been dispatched etc , very very disappointed in the service , won't be ordering from here again , let's hope i receive my ice maker machine soon 🤬🤬
