Ordered on Saturday, still waiting delivery. It's now Tuesday afternoon and word or the item, which is on a next day delivery???! No where did it state only Monday to a friday or even to A Saturday. No information from mini fridge or parent company sixty.co. so at the moment I can only give 1*. Ordering and payment sites were 5*, but customer service a fail. No packet carrier information either..

Hi Audrey, I can confirm it does state on our website 'All orders include Free Next Day Delivery to mainland UK, unless otherwise stated. All orders placed before 2PM Mon-Fri are typically dispatched the same day, if the goods are in good stock.' As you purchased your Mini Fridge on Saturday, your order would not of been processed until Monday, Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Not received yet still waiting to be imported from China or Far East some where will comment when delivered in a month or two. Louis.

Completely failed at serving Next Day Delivery, it has been over 5 days now and I still haven't even received my bloody package. Absolutely poor and ridiculous service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Ordered ice maker on a next day delivery. A week later still no delivery. Attempted to contact customer services, who do not reply!!! No idea what’s happening with my order. I advise you do not use this company.

I ordered a mini fridge on Friday last week and the order stated the fridge would be delivered next day, there was a weekend and bank holiday in between but it is now Thursday the following week and I have still not received my order or had any information as to when it will be delivered. The item was a birthday present and I only ordered because of the next day delivery, had I known it would take a week or more I wouldn’t have ordered.

My mini fridge hasn't arrived although my order in the 26th August stated a next day delivery. Tried calling and emailing but had no response. I have no idea if or when my mini fridge will be delivered!

Ordered my mini fridge, which was due for delivery the next day but was not delivered and no way to track my delivery. Tried calling but could only get automated messages. Tried emailing to find out where my order is and no response. I have no idea what is happening with my order and whether I now need to take steps to contact my credit card company to take action! Very poor service!

Got fridge ok but still waiting for some paperwork/receipt. Didn’t even get confirmation email. I currently have no proof of purchase or option to register warranty.. After sales is poor.

Ordered and was made believe it would be a second day delivery. The order didn’t arrive and the tracking that was supplied was simply blank tried ringing on numerous occasions all to no avail finally got a response via email after countless emails saying there had been a mistake with my order and the couriers and could I wait till Tuesday for my order to be delivered at that point I sent back a reply indicating I would like to cancel the order I am still waiting for a reply .

Had it for 10 months and then stopped cooling. Sent back to supplier, who then supplied a replacement. Then 11 months later the replacement stopped working. Spoke to supplier and they said "out of warranty" / would not do anything. It is cheap but it is not good.

Hi MS, Thank you for your for your review. We have looked into your order from August 2018. I can see you had a replacement sent to you in July 2019. All our products come with a 1 year warranty.

Really, really poor customer service. I ordered a mini fridge 5 weeks ago, was told it would be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks but have heard nothing. I’ve tried calling but the message says to email them and then cuts off, so I emailed and received a reply saying they’d be in touch within 2 working days, that was a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. I understand that things are busy but this situation is incredibly frustrating. Will not use this company again.

Absolutely shocking!!!! Won't reply to emails and the phone cuts off! Quick to take my £200 on the 17th of July, but still haven't heard a thing from the company, even if it's to say there is a delay. Can't get hold of anyone at this company to ask for a refund even. I will be reporting to trading standards to say this company has taken my money but hasn't provided any goods and has disappeared of the face of the planet!!!!
