Ordered tuesday 2nd may and paid £35.00 delivery for next day delivery and still not here saturday 6th may. No tracking info provided despite me checking for it on email. I sent an email and no response Wanted it for a special occasion but didn't arrive on time!!

Good customer service. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the mini fridge. Poor quality, for £80.00 I would have expected better.

Hi my fridge was due to be delivered between 15.43 17.43 yesterday...I still haven't received this i got a msg saying someone come but there was no answer but I had been in all day waiting for this for my daughter my order number is 0138304 could some one please look into this....

Ordere 30/12/21 and not arrived by 2/1/22 so can’t tell you anything about the product except it’s not here. Likely covid delivery problems but no date forthcoming yet either…

I ordered last week and unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience. The money got taken out my account and I hadn’t received a confirmation email until the Monday when I called up. I have since got a tracking email with the tracking number space empty making it impossible to track my parcel. Now at Wednesday and no signs of the parcel. (Next day delivery btw)

Yes I have ordered a mini fridge but have not yet received it . Trued to ring you to see where it is but apparently lines are down so have sent you a email it is a gift for my granddaughter for Xmas so I won’t be happy if I don’t here anything as when I ordered it it was supposed to be here the next day Dawn smith

I ordered my fridge very early Thursday morning I phoned Friday and was told it would be delivered on sat18th have had no email to say you have received my order or that it has been dispatched yet payment has been taken I will phone tomorrow to try and get to the bottom of this

I Bought a mini fridge for my daughter for Christmas. Fast delivery but was very disappointed that the colour shown online was nothing like the colour received. When I emailed over the photos for the company to see I was told the one on website was for illustration purposes only. So tough luck really, shame as I wouldn’t of bought the colour I received .

Ordering, delivery, packaging - first class! Product also very good to look at and just the size I was after, BUT the problem it that is NOT a fridge but a heater/cooler unit!! The instructions state 'intermittent use' only which means it cannot be left running constantly (as any fridge must do) but the instructions don't say how long it can run before it is switched off for a periodof time. Ridiculous! I wanted a fridge so, unfortunately it had to go back! My opinion: the use of the word 'Fridge' is misleading and should be changed.

Advertised as a+, label on fridge states e not happy, teach me to buy cheap. No good for camping as only has a 240v feed. fridge lock did not work

I ordered my mini fridge on Saturday 24 July it said on the website next day delivery.....well today is Tuesday 27 July I have just received it I don't call that next day if it is due to when thay dispatch it it then it should state it on the website it is is misleading

Misleading product advertising! Ordered the ice Q 32 litre coolbox. When it arrived I noticed it’s a 25 litre coolbox. Chose this premium priced product as its an unusual size and I didn’t want a standard 25 litre. I ended up with a standard sized product I could’ve bought from a different supplier for far less. When asked about it they pointed out the small print mentioning 32 litre gross capacity, 25 litre net capacity. Don’t be fooled!

I bought an item which said on the email receipt “Delivery method: next day delivery ( heavy) It didn’t arrive the next day …and still waiting 3days later. Now In honestly I wasn’t expecting a next day delivery when placing the order ( these usually come at a premium price ) but I was very surprised not to get an estimate delivery date, so I’m now in the dark as to when my purchase will actually arrive.
