This company is nothing short of disgusting just about the worst company I have dealt with in all my life. Customer service is zero, impossible to contact by phone and 2 days for email reply if they bothered to reply at all, more than a week for delivery of WRONG ITEM and after contacting them again another week just to be told my item was not in stock. the item was ordered for my grandsons 18th birthday. I am 70 yrs old (a shielded person) not being able to leave the house and I had to deal on line and I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. after the many emails passing backwards and forwards I am truly disgusted with this company. the only thing they got right was to give me a refund as requested. Absolutely awful service. I have now been waiting a week for my "next day delivery" after dealing with the courier who were genuinely helpful it turns out that my item has not been sent despite the fact I have been promised on 3 different phone calls that they have sent the original or a replacement. Theres a man working there who doesnt know the smallest thing about customer service and was rude, made promises that weren't kept and couldnt give a toss about how his company had let me down. Trying to call them today after sending in evidence from the courier (after this company blamed them for the delay) proving the item had still not left the seller but I'm on 14 calls now (just today) and have been hung up on every time. The positive reviews on this site are from very lucky people in my opinion.

Absoutely terrible company, DO NOT USE!!!!! Ordered a fridge wuith next day delivery. 4 days later no fridge, APC couriers have not recieved it despite these cowboys sending me a tracking number and saying it is dispatched. Trading standards now informed. Again please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

How could you ask me to write a shopping rate, if my fridge hasn’t arrived you promised th - APC Overnight - ND16 Next Day by 16:00 e ans The APC.Dilivery Doesn’t no anything about my fridge and my tracking number . I have spoken to them today. This was a business shipping ordered!! Where is my fridge?

Good customer service. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the mini fridge. Poor quality, for £80.00 I would have expected better.

Never been so stressed out by a company in my life. Firstly they failed to tell me my item I ordered was out of stock and waited until I chased my order, I then selected a different colour which was fine but then they sent me the completely wrong item. The driver refused to take it back with him so I was stuck with it for days. They then refused to send the item I actually ordered out until they had collected the incorrect item (which is fairly difficult to arrange for someone who works 8-4.30 mon-fri). I booked a day off work so the item could be collected and it was never picked up. It was then picked up a week ago (finally) and I have had to chase my refund THREE times. I’ve phoned this company 3 times today chasing my refund as nothing seems to be happening. Very slow customer service, nobody bothers to apologise, all very blunt and rude. Failing to understand how a company can have such poor customer service?? (Still awaiting my refund by the way)

The website claimed next day delivery, it didnt arrive. On enquiring, it is on a 1-3 day delivery. Day 3 - no delivery. There is supposed to be a parcel tracking system wiht the courier that needs a consignment number. I have asked 3 times for it and not had a response. The Customer service is very poor.

Ordered Thursday night still haven't received my order, has been out for delivery since the 2nd at 6:59am.. so please do not ask me to review a product I've not received... But hey let's see if I win the £100 gift now

Had a used, dirty returned item delivered to me as brand new. Company suggested I should pay to return the item to them. Thankfully I paid via PayPal, so a courier was organised to collect. Be warned, the customer service was dreadful, and I'm still waiting on a refund. Please do not order from them, just incase this happens to you too!!!

I work for the NHS and ordered this fridge for my staff to use for drinks and food. I have adapted an unused small sitting area to allow them to have rest periods during their working day. I want to say a very big thank you for the speedy delivery which meant it was available for them to use within 48 hours. Thank you MiniFridge.co.uk.

Fridge broke, arranged a collection with them its been 2 weeks since it was arranged and nothing has been collected or replaced. Paid £80 for a small fridge that broke and no one is around to contact... extremely poor Can someone contact me and let me know what is happening

The Mini Fridge is a very presentable appliance. It does however struggle to achieve the 5 degree standard. On the unit I purchased, there is also a pool of water on the bottom of the compartment that requires a regular mop-up. The cause of these issues may be due to the door seal being fitted incorrectly. Mini Fridge reckon the seal is not important. They agreed over phone to refund fully. 20 minutes later I received an email stating they would not honour the refund. So, if you buy one of the Mini Fridges, let's hope you don't have any problems with it. You might not get very good after sales service

No response as yet to my complaint, 3 fridges ordered, one dented, one seal is not connecting to the fridge so its not cooling properly. one is ok. speedy delivery however

Ordered fridge to take on holiday,but when arrived was faulty,so had to have it collected on monday i explained that i was going on holiday on the following monday morning and would need it before then as that was the reason for buying the fridge,rang up on thursday as fridge still hadnt arrived to be told that the fridge was still sat on warehouse floor and wouldnt get to me now until monday which was too late so had to get refund,terrible service would not use again
