I have had no response regarding my order. It has not arrived despite website saying next day delivery.

The worst company I have ordered from 24 hour delivery and still waiting after 48 hours. The company can’t give me a tracking number therefore it’s not been dispatched and they haven’t got the decency to tell me. Hopeless.

Don't know what the fridge is like I bought it because it said next day delivery 3 days later it turned up and I am not home 😠

Sorry but it was ment to arrive friday. I had to contact them, they said ran out of time and woyld deliver Monday. Easy to buy bad courier service.

Ordered for my son’s birthday,was told it’d be here next day.... 3days later still waiting and just been sent a message to review them... rubbish

Be very careful>>> Four weeks I’ve been waiting for this item and now it’s out of stock. I Reserved an email on the 14th of May 2020 saying I would receive it within 1 to 3 days via Courier APC from Natasha. I’ve wasted so much time with your company, phoning you and emailing you for you to tell me after four weeks that it’s out of stock. I was really looking forward to receiving this item which you advertise as being in stock and Fast delivery. How long is it going to take for me to receive my money back? Your refund will be processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. I placed the order on 30.04.20 for a mini-fridge next day delivery. I’m very disappointed about this, plus no one answers the phone or the emails.

I have not received a confirmation email for my purchase and I have tried to chase them up with no response so I do not know when/if my fridge is going to be delivered.

I placed the order on 04.05.20 for a mini fridge for my 14 year old nephew as birthday gift because he wanted one. He has not received the gift up to now when clearly the website said next day delivery. I’m very disappointed about this, plus no one answers the phones.

Absolutely awful service. I have now been waiting a week for my "next day delivery" after dealing with the courier who were genuinely helpful it turns out that my item has not been sent despite the fact I have been promised on 3 different phone calls that they have sent the original or a replacement. Theres a man working there who doesnt know the smallest thing about customer service and was rude, made promises that weren't kept and couldnt give a toss about how his company had let me down. Trying to call them today after sending in evidence from the courier (after this company blamed them for the delay) proving the item had still not left the seller but I'm on 14 calls now (just today) and have been hung up on every time. The positive reviews on this site are from very lucky people in my opinion.

Was told it was still next day delivery, 5 days later its not been shipped and some lovely lady decided she would hang up on me, when trying to get in contact.

Ordered Thursday night still haven't received my order, has been out for delivery since the 2nd at 6:59am.. so please do not ask me to review a product I've not received... But hey let's see if I win the £100 gift now

Had a used, dirty returned item delivered to me as brand new. Company suggested I should pay to return the item to them. Thankfully I paid via PayPal, so a courier was organised to collect. Be warned, the customer service was dreadful, and I'm still waiting on a refund. Please do not order from them, just incase this happens to you too!!!

When ordered great service as received in 2 days. Upon delivery only one of the units ordered worked so I sent an e-mail to confirm I had a faulty unit. I was amazed at the response I received with one of the questions was have i got the power on!! This was despite my original e-mail stating one unit worked and one did not so I tried the working units plug in the non working unit and it still did not work. I am now waiting a response on when I will receive a replacent.....
