This company is nothing short of disgusting just about the worst company I have dealt with in all my life. Customer service is zero, impossible to contact by phone and 2 days for email reply if they bothered to reply at all, more than a week for delivery of WRONG ITEM and after contacting them again another week just to be told my item was not in stock. the item was ordered for my grandsons 18th birthday. I am 70 yrs old (a shielded person) not being able to leave the house and I had to deal on line and I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. after the many emails passing backwards and forwards I am truly disgusted with this company. the only thing they got right was to give me a refund as requested.
