Would love to review this product but unfortunately I’ve still not received my mini fridge or had any form of correspondence from mini fridge.co.uk, for the order I placed on 19/11/20. So much for next day delivery!

I bought a mini fridge on the 18th of November. I still have not received it. I have tryed calling several times, no one answers the phone. I am hoping this was not some sort of scam.

Item ordered nov30th. Email confirming dispatch received Dec 1st. Dec 4 th item still not received. Customer service less than helpful and courier even less so.

I ORDERED 3 MINI FRIDGES ON THE 24th OF NOVEMBER STILL NOT RECIEVED THEM. PHONED 2 TIMES STILL NO DELIVERY I CAN CANCEL MY ORDER BUT I HAVE TO EMAIL THEM,REALLY BAD SERVICE

Waited in as received text with delivery time. Delivery did not come and still waiting. Yet another day passes when had it for next day delivery

Hi, I can not review this item and can not get In touch with delivery company. Item should have been delivered Tuesday 1st December between 12.30 and 14.30 ,so imight not use a company that uses ONP in the future?

I ordered from mini fridge in October and have not received my fridge and I have not heard from either of my two chaser emails. Would not recommend.

Delivery company is a nigh mare - they say they have attempted to deliver twice, but no evidence and as a school we have been open all the time - Still waiting after 7 days and no response form courier

Do not use this company, especially if you need next day service! Unbelievably slow and poor response from customers services. Ordered Monday was told it would be there by Thursday. Just shrugged off as human error. Unreliable and do not take ownership of problems.

fridge doesnt work thermostat i have to return it and wait 14 days for a engineer to look at and return to me what am i suppose to do without a fridge REALLY

I have tried to get in contact with this company about a broken mini fridge and the warranty, I’ve emailed them 6 times and no reply and phoned them 5 times, on hold for 20 minutes then phone cuts off

Ordered a mini fridge for delivery on the 11th september. Stayed in all day waiting for the delivery. When contacting the company was sent on a wild goose chase to find where the parcel was to be told it is being returned to sender. Informed the company of this and was proceeded to be told that i would have to pay for another deliver as i wasnt in to recieve it. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am still waiting for a refund and will be going to the ombundsman.

Ordered for next day dey. Once completed and paid I was told it would be 18th September . I emailed asking for confirmation that it wouldn’t be any later. I didn’t receive a reply. I have rung three times this week and this morning I was told that it was out for delivery. Today I rang at four o clock to be told they would be in today and out for delivery next week. I waited in all day !! Not convinced. I will get it next week Monday or Tuesday which is what I am now being told. Not happy with your service . This was a birthday present which has now passed.
