Unfortunately I am unable to give a review on the quality of the item as I have not received it and was not informed by email as to any delay .waiting in all day for a package to arrive may be considered a good pastime for some people but not me. To say the least I am appalled at the customer service , The attitude when I rang seemed to be one of take it or leave it, no offer of an alternative or attempt to placate the customer in any way, so now I have to wait for a month maybe longer to receive my order which should have been delivered the next day.

Very very poor service. Fridge arrived damaged. Didn't collect when promised. When returned no contact for a week. Had my money for 3 weeks & I still do not have a fridge!! Do not use this company.

Order process was excellent and quick. Only got 1 out of 3 items delivered. No response to initial enquiry. Eventually got response after further chasing. Awaiting delivery of the rest of the order

When I purchased the fridge, was meant to be next day delivery, have been 22 days since I ordered it and have not received it. Very disappointed ☹️

Very disappointed as I never received the goods. Should have been on overnight but three days later I am still waiting. Tracking not working so I tried calling both minifridge and the courier but phones were not answered. Needed fridge as an urgent back up. Now I don't need it anymore.

It has been sitting there on a 3/4 setting for 24 hours. Buzzing gently but not getting the slightest bit cold. it does not work.

Excellent product and great price however extremely poor service. Had to wait over a week for the "next day delivery" and this only after opening a claim via PayPal.

Although I’m happy with my new fridge it stated it would be next day delivery. This was not the case and I eventually got it 6 days later. I wouldn’t of minded waiting as understand with everything that was going on but it took several emails to try and track when my fridge would arrive where if they would of told me a date I would of been more then happy

Ordered a fridge as a birthday present for my daughter. Arrived in good time but shelving on door had snapped off. Messaged and asked for it to be returned and a replacement sent. Free return was picked up by courier three days later and then a month passed with no correspondence or replacement sent. Contacted company again and they asked if I wanted order cancelled or a replacement sent. Again I asked for a replacement. Three days later I received an email saying order had been cancelled. A month later, no fridge, still no money back and no present for my daughter. Awful service. Very disappointing.

Very happy about the mini fridge I bought. I will recommend the product. Very unhappy for the fact I ordered 2 items but I received only one. Phoned them, after I stayed half an hour trying to get in touch with them, finally someone answered and said it was a mistake from the warehouse. And that I will have my second fridge delivered on Tuesday. The order was made on Thursday morning.

Fridge didn’t arrive,tried to contact to ask why,no one answered the phones,email response was stating it had been dispatched and would be with me shortly,no apologies or explanation received,so had to contact PayPal to get me my money back. Very poor customer service unfortunately
