“Prompt delivery. I had bought the garment to take on holiday, but it has a mark/stain on it, so I need to send it back. I tried to contact you by phone, to find out your online service is only Mon - Fri. I am hoping the cost of returning this item will not be deducted from my refund. “I love my Shires yard gloves - they are brilliant. Can’t give a 5 as I had to pay almost a £5 for a small package to N Ireland!! I know some sellers do this - perhaps time to update your postage within the UK. We’re in the same postal system not a small island ☹️”
