Hello Richard, Im sorry to hear that you feel our service was unacceptable. I can confirm that we actually quoted your delivery date to be the 30.4.2019 before you had paid for your order. We managed to get your delivery to you on the 26.04.2019. Unfortunately over the easter bank holidays our couriers do not work so this delayed it slightly. Kind Regards, Millbry Hill
