“felt customer service could word emails better as came across rude with the term "i hope this clears things up" , i ordered by 12.15 on priority delivery on a friday , the order wasnt apparently packed until saturday Which meant delivery Tuesday most places have a before 2pm cut off same day, but this isnt stated on website if you want collection you order by 3pm. Ive worked in customer service.”
