“Don't buy something that is needed urgently from here. I had ordered some things from here needing it in a matter of urgency and so I paid £15 for express delivery - turns up at my house 5 days later after expecting it within 2 days - this is not express delivery! ended up buying from somewhere else in the meantime and spending double to money...”

Hi Mia, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Im sorry to see you arent happy with your ordering experience. I have looked into your order and i can see that you purchased the express delivery which is 1/2 working days. This is an estimate as we dont offer guaranteed delivery dates or a guaranteed next day delivery on feed. Kind Regards, Millbry Hill
