“Why only 5 loose packs of PED1830 when you only supply in boxes of 8? Instead of refund pls send the 3 missing packs because £5.99 postage works out as 40p each for 15 ordered items. Received only 12. if you don't supply missing 3 packs, the refund would have to be 3 x £1.50 + 3 x 40p = £5.70. Each packet of the Pedigree works out at £1.90 if postage is included.”
