“First time ordering but wont order again?? I ordered a Joules fine knit sweater. Item arrived with no inner wrapping to protect it and just seemed to have been thrown into a bag. When I took it from the postbag it was so creased I could not have worn it - had to be gently ironed before I even tried it on. Very disappointed and to be honest.... you can purchase Joules items from many stores so dont think I would use Millbry Hill again.”

“I ordered some cat food as Milbry Hill were selling it at a good price. The packaged arrived within a few days. Very pleased with the packaging and speed of delivery especially since we have previously ordered from another online shop connected to a well know supermarket and had no option for free delivery or standard delivery and still charged us almost £7 for next day delivery and didn’t arrive for over a week and the packaging was damaged! Will definitely order from this company again.”
