“i ORDERED A RAGWORT FORK. Whilst, I appreciate that this a fork, and will get damaged scratched etc in use, a brand new one should be just that, brand new, and not already have rust marks scratches and paint scrapped off from it. I did complain and was told that they come into the warehouse like that! I as offered a refund of postage , which was appreciated. However I still feel a brand new item, should not arrived damaged!”
