“The extremely long wait to receive my goods was not acceptable. Had I known that this company use Evri to deliver parcels I would not have ordered. When I queried delivery I just got told it was out for delivery, but it did not arrive again. No follow up or anything from this company. Disappointing.”

“The delivery I paid for was economy and it took 6 working days to arrive. It cost £3.99 which I thought for a small bobble hat was okay but the standard delivery time for economy delivery is between 5 to 10 working days. In this age they would be better not offering this service it is too long winded. They do offer priority and a bit slower service of 3 to 5 working days but it is more expensive. The cost of £3.99 is enough for such a small item which is very light but 5 to 10 working days isn’t. I’ve used this company before and haven’t suffered such long delays.”
