“Initially very good. Quick order system. Delivered when said it would be delivered. My only negative was that it wasn't packaged very well and there was a small black mark on the sleeve. This was a sale item and it is difficult to see so I accepted it. The jacket was only folded and placed in the delivery bag only. No internal Barbour packaging.”
