“Item delivered quickly with No problem”

“I am very disappointed with the service I have received, the boots I ordered look like they have been on display wrinkled around ankle and faded. I wanted to exchange them for another pair and was offered a Good Will Gesture for some boot cream ..I find this insulting, £400 pair of boots, any professional retailer would exchange them, I will go direct to supplier as I am sure I will get the correct service I should of been offered by yourselves.”

“The delivery was efficient. My concern is that I bought a reversible Ariat Gilet which was meant to have a plain outershell with large pockets etc and a check pattern inside without pockets. The item was delivered inside out which I found strange and the reason was clearly that the label was sown to the outershell not the inside!!!”
