“I ordered 3 x 20kg bags of Easi chick bedding, and was sent 3 x 10kg bags. I rang to point out the error and was told the missing 30kg would be sent to me - I heard no more until I emailed about a week later to find out what was going on. Communication could be better.”

“Absolute joke of a courier service!! Still waiting for goods that originally should of arrived on Wednesday. Contacted Millbry Hill who placed another ‘next working day order’ so the goods should of arrived today (Thursday) as stated in an email but I have received nothing. Really dissatisfied!!”
