We are sorry you received calls regarding the delivery of your order. We supplied address details to the courier exactly as provided by yourself when placing the order online. Unfortunately as no house number was provided on the original order, we needed to get in touch with you as soon as this was flagged to ensure there was no delay to you recieving your parcel. We advise customers to check there order confirmation emails to make sure information provided is correct before dispatch, however both ourselves and our delivery partners will contact customers if we have issues with delivery wherever possible to ensure items are delivered as swiftly as possible.

“I have used Millbury Hill a few times now for readigrass for my rabbits and I have to say they have been very good. The price of their readigrass is always competitive and the cost of delivery is reasonable given the weight and size of the bales. The goods always come on time and in good order, and if there is going to be a delay Millbury Hill will let me know. I would certainly recommend them to others.”

“Fantasticl! Milbry’s customer service is “right on”, as the expression goes! Their website is “classy” and really “user-friendly”. Within less than 24 hours I had placed my order (the first I’ve made) and it had been despatched and delivered! Outstanding service, It really REALLY is! Their website is so exceptional ! The delivery service they use is also First Class - so super efficient! I can’t fault them. I recommend Milbry for ANY country supplies of any nature — they’re a class act, no kidding, and you won’t be disappointed. I’ll look nowhere else for animal feedstuff, country clothing and so much more — and the staff are great, too. Dr. David Sutton.”
