“Click and collect service is very efficient”

“I paid a premium for postage as I needed my boxes before Monday 27/9/19. I was told they would arrive no later than Friday 24/9/19. I did not receive them until Tuesday 28/9/19. I needed the boxes (100) for a sale of live birds on the Monday for a friend who is dieting from cancer. He was stressed enough so I had to get the boxes elsewhere for the day. Very disappointed having explained the circumstances to your employee on the phone and being told they would arrive no later than the Friday”

“Katrina from the customer service department e-mailed me to point out a problem with my order. This was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. All communications were handled promptly. The delivery arrived within the scheduled time slot and the jeans and coat fit really well! I would happily shop at Millbry Hill again. One very satisfied customer! Thank you to the whole team who make the online service work so well.”

“Product & price perfect. I ordered boots which took 10days to be delievered to the store. I did this so if there was a problem i could sort it asap. We buy so much other stuff from the store made sense. After 10 days no sign of my boots. After emailing they magically appeared. However the email only gave me a week to collect. I had been instore 3 times before however had a full time schedual that week so paniced incass you didnt keep hold of my order. No ID was asked for when I collected my order and nor was the item checked in store to make sure it was ok. This isnt the 1st time this exact same issue has occured. Price and product are amazing. Store to store deliever and you guys lose your head. Just be better.”

Hello Tony, Im sorry to hear there was a delay with the preparation of your order. I have looked into your order and i can see there has been an issue with the stock and we have had to obtain another pair from another store. We agree with you that this should not have took so long and we will be raising this issue with the store managers to ensure that this does not happen again. I can confirm that all items are indeed checked before they are even sent to a store to ensure that it is in a new condition and without faults. This will be why you havent seen the item checked as there are strict protocols for ensuring the item is correct before the customer even has a chance to see it. Sincere Apologies, Millbry Hill.

“The main reason I gave 5 stars is because of the excellent communication between us. The product I bought is outstanding & looks great on the wall. Their prices for the quality of the frames I can't find anyone cheaper. The frame came excellently packaged inside plenty of bubblewrap, & also shredded cardboard, with fragile tape on the main box. Back again to the frame & it is made to your measurements, also what size & colour you want the mount, if you want one that is. All in all excellent service all round.”
