“I was so excited about getting this as I heard it was great for rabbits. Unfortunately it completely got matted up my rabbits fur and I had to spend ages grooming as a consequence. Also I heard to the bag moving and thought maybe it was just air inside the bag. This was not the case. To my utter horror and suprise, there was a tiny mouse/ shrew of some description in the bag. It certainly scared the life out of me. I am so disappointed as I know this is a very reputable company. Maybe I was just unlucky with the mouse/shrew but also totally unsuitable for my rabbits. Back to wood pellets for me and shall ring the company today to see what their views are on this matter.”
