You have asked for a review so here it is. It’s a bit ridiculous to expect customers to return things themselves. We are in the 21st Century. Wanted the bigger EMT Pull Away bag as opposed to the EMT lite and was told I had to send it back and order a new bag.
Not convenient at all, a shame.
I didn’t bother in the end as the hassle of having to go to a post office (during working hours) is too much. It sounds ridiculous on my part although that’s my reality so, sorry 😅
