“Ordered a beret in the biggest size they had, when it (eventually) arrived, ten days later, it was absolutely tiny. Wouldn't even sit on my head. When I went to return it for a refund, because there weren't any bigger sizes, I was charged half the cost of the beret to return it. Returns are free with other online shops, why not you? Very disappointing”

“The quality and the range on this website are vast which is great, however some of the products are very basic i.e. most of the hats only come in one size which tend to slide up you’re head as the day goes only. Everything else seems to be spot on 👍🏼”
