Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and I am really sorry for the problems you have experienced. As far as we can seem our Customer Service has been in touch, however, all the emails we have sent you bounced back to us. We would appreciate it if you could email us on info@military1st.co.uk from a different email address. Kind regards, Military1st

“I ordered a zippo lighter for a family member as a Christmas present. The package was dispatched very shortly after ordering, arrived much quicker than expected, and the product was exactly as advertised. The price was also very reasonable, and shipping was free.”

“Order a size up and plus it would of done no harm if the waist was elasticated it would give a bit of wiggle room.”

“Poor. 17 days later and goods not received. Package sent by non-trackable Post. I have to wait 30 days from the dispatch date to obtain a refund. Having to wait over 30 days to find out if the goods will ever arrive is incredibly poor service. The order was a birthday present for my partner. After the 30 days are up I will be ordering from a different company and will be lucky to have it in time for Christmas! Its the year of ecommerce and online shopping and its standard for packages to be delivered using a trackable delivery method.”
