“Awful. I ordered and ask for this item not to be left unattended. Sorry we cant do that. Emailed constantly very rude curt und unhelpful. The item was left unattended and stolen. Absolutely no help they found with me. Refused to file a claim with the courier. No i have to file a claim in the small claims court €100 down the drain.”

“The picture of the bomber jacket very misleading, the jacket has a lot more padding than the image showed (more like the Michelin man). It cost me £6 for delivery, £15 to return it. £21 I will never get back, just to try on a jacket that looks nothing like the picture on the website ? Even worse my return is still about a mile from my house, 12 days after returning it. At this rate I'm not even sure I'll get back the cost of the jacket, let alone the £21 delivery costs !!”
