I'm very sorry to hear you have been having issues with the delivery of your item. We did post your order out on the day you ordered it and handed it over to the Royal Mail international team. As I can see from your tracking details, your item has landed in the Netherlands but due to delays with the Netherlands postal service due to the time of year, your item may have long delays. So as this is a low valve order and as goodwill for the inconvenience, I have issued a FULL refund. Hopefully, your goods will arrive soon.

“Mellor initially helped me understand which make of diesel heater was best for my needs then guided me through choice of controller. Ordering was easy and heater arrived next day as promised - actually before the email advising me that it was on its way! Subsequently, Mellor's technical support has helped me understand the wiring as the technical manuals weren't simple enough for me!”

“Excellent package, the item as discribed... I didn't try yet but i think everything will be ok...the item arrived very fast but the greek posts,because of covid-19, had delay the package for 5 days... It's not fault of the company...they were perfect and very fast”

Due to our live-stock levels, once the item is out of stock, we make sure customers are not able to buy that product which is most important to avoid disappointment. Stock levels online can change so fast, depending on demand and how many customers want the same item.
