One item was damaged in transit, but was replaced - again with immediate dispatch and receipt less than 24 hours later. Post sale technical assistance has been excellent and helpful too. “It's quite refreshing to find a new company that's so eager to go the extra mile to help their customers. Mellor have continued their customer service via WhatsApp conversation, a long time past the usual office hours. They always get back to you and are great at recommending the products suitable for an installation. What's more, they continue their support with queries after purchasing a product. “Absolutely awesome service from Start to finish. Simple collection and insured secure delivery. Updated at every stage I.e package arrived, diagnostic results and required steps and procedures to rectify, repair complete and super speedy return delivery (like next day).
