“Brilliant good old fashioned service. I had a query about a product and they were very happy to pull an item from stock (even though it had already been packed) to double check part numbers etc. Most companies these days are faceless, so it was great to speak with a real human who really helped.”

“I couldn't recommend Mellor Online any more. Brilliant company for heaters and parts. Delivery is next day which is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable to. I don't use any other company for my Eberspacher kits for my conversion company .5 stars all round.”

“For great advice give Mellor a call. They have a great depth of techincal knowledge and fantastic after sales service. I had a heater with a warranty issue and they couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommend to anyone!”

“I came across Mellor Online when looking for a new marine heater. Not only were the the only company to stock the latest model, they were good value too, undercutting all the bigger online suppliers in the UK. The products were shipped immediately arriving next day. Questions both prior and post purchase have been answered promptly, whether leaving a voicemail or sending a WhatsApp message. Whilst Mellor are new to me, based on the experienes to dayte I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
