We currently offer free postage for all orders over £50 and are working hard to improve rates on smaller orders. This has been tricky because of the wide variety of products we supply (coming in all shapes, weights and sizes) but we hope to improve this in the near future. “Prompt service but product consistency seems to be an issue. The 20kg bin liners received last week were different and seemingly thinner than those received a few months ago”

Hi Chris, I'm sorry the hear that the bin liners seem thinner that the ones you received a few months ago. We have not changed our supplier so the specification should not have changed. “Products fine , but next day delivery at £7.50 didn’t happen as was unaware you have to be available to sign for the goods, asked them to make it clearer on website , and my postage wasn’t refunded”

Hi Diane, apologies that it was not clear that someone needed to be in to accept the delivery. We have now updated our shipping policy to advise that a signature will normally be required on delivery and our accounts team are arranging the refund for the delivery charge. Apologies again for the inconvenience.
