“The products are good thank you. Lack of information regarding dispatch. I was not informed of who the courier was or when the goods had been sent. They were dumped outside a neighbours property - I did not get any notification from the courier at all regarding delivery.”

As with all of our deliveries you should have received an email from our third party carrier advising who would be delivering and confirming your 2 hour delivery slot. I can only apologise once again that this email was not received by yourself. We have spoken to the carrier service to advise them of this and to advise the delivery was left at the wrong delivery location. “When the hoops arrived I couldn't open them at all. They were really hard work. My husband helped me get them open but I have now got to grips with the way to open them up. Brute force seems to work. Worked well on the litter pick.”
