“Competitive price. Quick delivery service from ordering to arrival. Unfortunately can't give 5 stars because the packaging was extremely basic. The top of one of the bottles was completely off! It must have happened just prior to my delivery and extremely lucky there was no leakage. The box was very squashed.”

“We have been taking Symprove Biotic for about a month now. I did love the fact that (Medino's) price was for Symprove was an absolutely great price for 4 Bottles at arround £12 per bottle. Hear is the sad part, I have only given one Star! As Medino used Royal Mail Parcelforse to deliver it to our Address. I had a message from Royal Mail parcelforse on the 6/7th April to say that It was recieved by them and It would br delivered on the 9th of April??? It is now the 13th of April. No nothing has been delivered at all. I hav e tryied to contack Royal Mail on line.They are an absolute Nightmare to deal with!! I have got No where with them and I have shelled out all that money for nothing!! I hear on the TV and on line, that many people are being fobbed off with excuses regarding getting their goods!! We are pentioners and its NO joke as I have had to go into Bath city where I live and buy it again at a much higer price, My one star review is not a reflection on Medino from where I ordred my goods. But from now on I will be doing my best to avoid any company that I deal with Royal Mail Parcelforce!! I would suggest that these comapnies do the same!! AVOID ROYAL MAIL PARCELFORCE!! They are absolutely Discusting!!!!”
