“Once again, a perfect experience dealing with Medino. Some advice from the pharmacist was an added pleasure, and even Royal Mail delivered within the time scale!”

“They sent a pen with faulty needles which blocked the mechanism from working correctly and led to eventual loss of the liquid inside. They have done absolutely nothing to rectify this and not even willing to send replacement needles after I had to use all of them trying to fix the problem. They even had the sheer nerve to send me a link to purchase more from their website. Why on earth would I purchase from them again when I have just lost out on a few £100? I now need to restart my dosing because they STILL have not told me if the pen is still usable because of the leakage! Disgusting company, please purchase elsewhere!”

“I was hesitant to order from Medino as I thought I was ordering from a foreign site! Hey, not that that is an issue except for added costs and only online contact! But- you are in Leighton Buzzard! ✅ I then went through the pics of your lovely people!! Sold. Ordering was quick & easy. No postal charge! Delivery was rapid- next day!! Great communication too. I will def be back! I highly recommend Medino!”
