“The package arrived without any packing so one of the glass container was broken and there was broken glass all over the tablets.”

“Their requirements for prescription are ridiculous. Far more than any other prescriber. I know they’re a bit cheaper but I wouldn’t bother. No one else has any issues getting prescription details from the NHS but these guys apparently.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. As we work under a PGD and do not provide a prescription for any of the treatments we supply, we have a strict procedure we have to follow. This procedure is clearly stated on the product page in the description and in the medical forms that are required to be filled out at checkout. While we understand that our process is more intensive than others may be, we provide ample options on how to proceed with consultations and are always happy to make adjustments where necessary.
