“From a service and product quality perspective, it’s a 5 Star review from me. However, the carrier was Evri, and as is usual, the carton had been through the mill. Thankfully the products in the carton were not fragile, so although their packaging was equally damaged, the goods were fine. As a result, I’m knocking one star off an otherwise excellent service.”
