“I am posting again having had my post yesterday removed following a complaint by Medino that I had mentioned a member of staff's first name in my post in breach of rules which I was not aware of and apologise for unreservedly for doing so. Having used Medino for several years without problem the latest order they fulfilled included a short shelf life date such that having ordered 2 x 90 tablet bottles the second bottle will be out of date before finished unless I had absolutely zero of the product upon their arrival. Any returning customer would order at least 3 or 4 weeks before running out. Having made my case, despite being a regular customer and using 4 of their products daily, whilst they will take a return of 1 bottle they insist I pay the postage despite their mistake, hence the review to beware of this. Quite frankly it isn't the money / cost of postage back, it is the principal of feeeling ripped off! Their customer service manager's way of dealing with this issue left much to be desired and may explain the increase in recent bad reviews if they have not been in that post long. Everyone makes mistakes, it's the way they are dealt with that is the making of a company is how they deal with it and if recent complaints are anythign to go by then I expect that will be a passive aggresive response accusing me of all sorts.”

As mentioned in our discussion, both items received are well within date and can both be used completely before their expected expiry date, with a month to spare. “I ordered some analgesic medication online from medino. I was offered the same brand as my hospital supplied. it was good value for money and the delivery charges were very reasonable. It was delivered in secure packaging as promised and the whole ordering process was straight forward. i would certainly turn to medino in future if i require medication to be delivered urgently.”
